How Are We Different?
We’ve built our coaching organization around (The Stein Model of Executive Group Coaching), developed over the last 30 years, and its unique features stressing peer group mastermind coaching in a real time experiential environment. There is no other coaching organization using this model as we know, for we train, license and certify those facilitators in our area.
Our model uses a one on one hourly coaching structure three times a month along with a full day monthly coaching mastermind group, held in a confidential and safe manner. Support during the month is given by phone, email and office visits customized for the clients’ needs. 90% of our members are on an intermediate level, (first year); or advanced, (second year). Occasionally we take a client on a 3 month basis.
Our Association is designed to serve senior and retired executives, consultants, coaches and entrepreneurs covering the 25 major metro areas in the Southeast. We hold semiannual summits that include dinner and live demo groups open to the public, one in the am, one in the pm, by invitation and RSVP only for those interested in exploring possible participation.
