As your motivation grows, your leadership skills will naturally develop during this coaching process. As you grow you will receive one on one coaching tailored to meet your immediate needs and support. Additional mentoring is provided in our Roundtable from an assembly of experienced, successful executives. The Executive Roundtable members share various best practices, ideas, contacts and technology that support your leadership development, meeting any personal or business challenges you may be facing.

Performance

The Executive Roundtable leans heavily on how Performance impacts sales and every other aspect of your professional life. Performance impacts those around us, our staff, and our numbers! You don’t manage people from the outside, it’s an INSIDE JOB. Motivation has to come from inside the individual and you have to be able to find that key. Group Structure

The Executive Roundtable provides a unique group structure that facilitates a compressed learning experience rarely found in corporate training programs.
